Today the boys and I got to hang out with two of our most favorite people. My friend (and one of the people who gave me the biggest push in moving forward with my photography business, thank you A!!) also has two kids the same ages as mine and they are really the best of friends. We have not seen each other much the last few months now that the older kids are in school more. It was very clear they missed each other, the were pretty much non-stop laughing the whole time. It was great.
However, the first part of the day did not start out so great for Greyson......he was full of emotion. This was during one of his fits:
Obviously, the first image is out of focus, but even when I viewed it in camera I was drawn to it. There was something about it that made me not delete it...oh that child.
A little later in the day our friends arrived.
Day 2 down! Some days I may have more than one image, like today, other days it will be a challenge to get one. Days like today I was documenting the time my kids had with their friends. The challenge of today was the overcast, weird, flat winter sky and I was also holding my dog with the leash for many of the outdoor shots!
